If you are not taking skincare properly you will most probably suffer from acne – something you want to avoid at all cost.
Many people consider acne as only a physical problem. Well, it is, but it is an emotional problem as well. There are plenty of emotional effects that may be caused by acne. One of the most common emotional impacts is low self-esteem. People with acne feel very insecure and they are usually shy as they do not want to show their faces.
Another very common misunderstanding that eating fatty foods causes acne. Chocolates, French fries, desserts and all those greasy foods shouldn’t be blamed and not directly connected for causing acne.
